Oily skin care

1) Proper cleansing of the skin in the morning and evening before going to bed Do not forget to wash off eye makeup with milk in the evening. For cleansing oily skin, a gel or foam cleanser for oily skin is best, but this product should not overdry it. The cleanser may contain antibacterial agents (to remove bacteria on the skin), benzoyl peroxide, and alpha hydroxy acids (such as lactic and salicylic acids). They not only cleanse the skin of excess fat, but also remove dead cells.

2) 2-3 times a week you need to deeply cleanse the skin (gommage, enzyme   peeling, peeling with fruit acids or soft scrub) This will cleanse your skin of dead cells, pores from sebum, black spots, even out the relief and skin color.

3) Once a week, after deep cleansing, apply a mask that can be prepared at home. The mask should be: antibacterial, pore-constricting, astringent and anti-inflammatory. Protein-lemon and yolk-lemon masks: Egg masks are rich in fat, cholesterol, lecithin.

  1. Separate the protein from the yolk, beat until the consistency of sour cream, add 3-5 drops of lemon juice to it.
  2. Grind the yolk in a porcelain cup, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon & nbsp; juice to it. Protein-lemon mask: Ingredients: white clay – 75g, purified water – 30 ml. Mix the components in a porcelain cup until the consistency of thick sour cream, add 0.15 g of sodium chloride and 0.4 g of citric acid. Apply the mixture on  skin of the face for 10-15 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab, wipe the skin with a setting of calendula. Also, every morning you can wipe your face with an ice cube, and even better – frozen tincture of chamomile or cornflower. Due to the cold, the pores will shrink and therefore less fat will be released.

4) Tonic is important in skin cleansing. The composition should contain lemon, witch hazel, thermal water. We moisten a cotton pad with tonic and wipe the face.

5) Moisturizing with cream or gel. When is it worth applying the cream, and in which cases the gel?  It's simple, in warm seasons we apply a gel or a light fluid, and in winter – nourishing cream, but do not forget that in the cold season we apply creams and foundation half an hour before going outside.

6) You need to reconsider your diet. It is necessary to eat less fatty, spicy, fried, sweet and starchy foods.

Dry skin care

1) Cleanse the skin with milk for dry and sensitive skin in the morning and evening. You can also use a gel for sensitive skin containing azulene, alley root, ecothera oil and algae extract.

2) Once a week we do a deep but gentle cleansing of the skin. For example, as a soft  cream gommage, soft scrub with jojoba granules.

3) After deep cleansing, a nourishing mask should be applied to the skin. Yolk-honey mask Separate the yolk from the protein, beat until the consistency of mayonnaise, add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Apply the mixture on a well-cleansed face for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Yeast mask Dilute yeast to the consistency of sour cream, diluting with olive oil. Apply the mixture on the face for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

4) After cleansing, wipe the skin with tonic. The composition of the tonic should include rooibos extract, rose water.

5) Apply cream or cream for dry skin.

Combination skin care

1) Cleansing with gel or foam morning and evening, focusing on T-zones (forehead, cheeks, chin). With light circular motions  foam the gel or foam with your fingertips and rinse with cool water, as it narrows the pores.

2) Once or twice a week, cleanse the skin with gommage, soft scrub or peeling. Thanks to this cleansing, the skin will be freed from dead cells, sebaceous blockages, black spots.  Pay special attention to the forehead, nose and chin, and on the cheeks, do the manipulation for no more than 1 minute. Scrub recipe at home: Take 1-2 teaspoons of honey, add 1 teaspoon of soda and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. We mix everything and apply on the face in circular motions for about 3-5 minutes, paying special attention to the T-zone.

3) After this cleansing, it is best to apply an oatmeal mask. Oatmeal mask: Mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oatmeal with the same amount of low-fat sour cream. Add 1-2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice to this mass. Apply this mixture on your face, gently massaging it with your fingertips, and wash off with cool water after 15 minutes. Oatmeal mask for skin rashes: Dilute 1st. a spoonful of oatmeal with hot purified water, so that in the end you get a not very thick slurry. When the gruel has cooled, apply it evenly on the skin of the face, and wait until it dries. Then wash it off with room temperature water. If you do this mask 2-3 times a week, the skin will be cleansed and the rashes will decrease.

4) Use a combination skin toner. The tonic should contain aloe extract, thermal water, chamomile extract, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory components (for example, panthenol). We wipe the skin with a tonic after each contact with water, after that we apply a cream.

5) Finally, apply a light cream or gel for oily skin to the T-zone, and apply a nourishing and moisturizing cream for normal or dry skin to the rest of the face. Normal skin care:

1) Cleanse the skin 2 times a day: morning and evening with gel, foam or milk as desired.

2) Once or twice a week, cleanse the skin with gommage, enzyme peeling or scrub with jojoba granules.

3) Apply a nourishing mask once a week. Mask of almond flakes: Grind almond flakes with low-fat cream or peach oil in a ratio of 1:1. Apply the mixture on the face for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water, and then cool.

4) Wipe the face with a tonic for normal skin. The tonic should contain rose water, extracts of geranium, rosemary or bergamot. We also wipe the face with tonic after each contact with water.

5) At the end, apply a cream for normal skin.  The cream may contain vitamins, sea buckthorn, honey.
