No one will doubt that the early rise – the key to productivity, because both science and a lot of examples of successful "larks" confirm this. In the morning, it is much easier to focus your attention on the really important things, because at this time of day there are fewer distractions. Many successful people admit that the secret to their success is getting up early. But just getting up at 6 am is not enough, without planning your morning in advance, you will not accomplish anything worthwhile and, most likely, continue to wallow in bed. Learn how to find the incentive to get up earlier and learn how to get everything done in the morning.

A few hours before breakfast — too valuable to spend on a semi-conscious state.

In fact, a successful morning begins in the evening. It is important to free up enough time for sleep – it is impossible to feel normal after sleeping only 3-4 hours. Getting up early will be much easier if the morning is planned in advance – the clothes you plan to wear are selected, a place for yoga has been prepared, and so on. And, of course, don't forget the simple trick: set your alarm further away from your bed – so you will definitely have to get out of bed without any “five more minutes”.

Of course, you have the right to adjust your morning schedule as you like, but you should still listen to the opinion of life coaches and researchers, who I advise you to definitely include the following points in the plan.

How to learn to do everything in the morning. 7 things to do before 8 a.m.

1. Drink a glass of water. After 8 hours of sleep (or 6-7), the body experiences a jet of fluid shortage, so after waking up it needs to be replenished.

2. Be quiet for a while. After getting up early, you can meditate, or just immerse yourself in thoughts about the things that you have to do throughout the day. It is important to give yourself time to be at peace, because when not in the morning there is an opportunity to relax.

3. Perform exercises. So it is possible not only to improve health and cheer up, but also to improve brain function.

4. Pay attention to long-term goals. Spend at least 15 minutes on your dreams. If you want to run a marathon – go for a run, dream of learning a foreign language – learn new words.

5. Review the to-do list. This applies not only to urgent matters for the coming day, but also to long-term goals. Think about whether you have made progress and if the answer is no – find the reason for the failure and write it down.

6. Complete the most difficult tasks. Morning – no time for texting and checking e-mail – this process is easily carried out throughout the day. After getting up early, it is better to concentrate on complex tasks that are difficult to accomplish in a society of people, when due to the situation it is not possible to focus your attention and think about something properly.

7. Take an invigorating shower. Cold showers have been proven to improve memory, improve mood and relieve tension and feelings of fatigue.

If you manage to do all the tasks in the morning, your day will be much more productive.
