4. When working with an electronic document, increase its scale so that the letters are not small.
5. Hips and knees should form a right angle when landing.
6. Take a break every 15 minutes, but don't waste it on "gatherings" on your phone, reading, watching videos or photos. Unload your eyes by looking out the window. Concentrate on objects that are far away.
