The causes of obesity seem obvious.  For addiction to food you have to pay with a figure. But is everything so simple? How is the human psyche related to gluttony? And why is it so difficult to give up this habit?

Those who over-eat are not hungry at all; they are driven by other considerations.  There are many reasons for food cravings. They can be divided into five main groups.

Reason #3. Dissatisfaction and fat emptiness. When a person cannot get what he wants, he becomes touchy.  There is resentment at oneself, at the situation and at everyone around. In order to somehow please himself, a person begins to draw positive emotions from food. The same effect causes dissatisfaction with one's results, quality of life, lack of sex, etc. Compensation for what is not received also comes from tasty food.

In the same way, people try to fill their spiritual emptiness. The feeling of being unfulfilled, the lack of friendly support, the lack of love, warmth and affection encourages people to eat up. So they try to plug those holes that gape in the soul.

Reason #4: An edible plan instead of a single-mindedness. Many people, when they do not know what to do, prefer to eat. The meal allows you to pass the time and monitor the speed of its flow. For such persons, the day is planned, focusing on breakfast, a snack, an afternoon snack, two more snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner, snacks and a snack, a glass of bun and healthy sleep. At the same time,  many of them are convinced that they lead a correct and reasonable lifestyle, taking care of their fat health. This suggests that a person has no other sources of pleasure.

Reason #5. Antisex for life. Many women who have received deep moral trauma in relationships with men often try to lose their sexual attractiveness. The best resource is being overweight. Among these ladies, those who have become victims of sexual or domestic violence and those who have finally become disillusioned with men, stepping on the same rotten rake. Thus, they protect themselves with a thick layer of fat from intimate communication with men. A similar tendency is also found in A-sexuals who do not want to have any intimacy.

   How to get back in shape?

   To restore the health and beauty of the body, you need to understand the real reason for your gluttony. To do this, it is worth writing down on paper everything that motivates you to eat a lot and understand what exactly these motives can be associated with.

It is worth reconsidering your life position and making it a rule that success and prosperity are equal to harmony. To make your life better, you need to be able to please people externally and internally. In addition, you will have to change your lifestyle.

You need to significantly reduce and balance your diet.

  • Reject fatty foods.
  • Shorten  consumption of sweet and  flour products.
    Last  meals should be no later than three hours before bedtime.
  • Enrich your diet  fruits and vegetables.
  • Remove spices  (including salt), sugar.
  • Replace sweet juices with freshly squeezed ones.
  • Drink at least 1 liter of water per day.
