Лечение гиперпигментации кожи: многоуровневый подход для максимального результата

Pigmentation disorders and skin color play a very important role, as they in many cases affect the quality of human life. Patients often report that psychologically they feel much better with tanned skin, despite the increased risk of hyperpigmentation from UV exposure.

However, not only solar radiation can provoke a violation of normal skin pigmentation, and therefore this problem remains relevant for many patients of a cosmetologist.

Daniil Kashik, a doctor of aesthetic medicine, coach of Ukrainian Aesthetics, told estet-portal.com about an effective way to treat hyperpigmentation.

The role of melanocyte-stimulating hormones in the development of skin hyperpigmentation

Human Skin Color – the result of the penetration of melanin-containing organelles of melanosomes from melanocytes into the keratinocytes of the epidermis, where they are destroyed, as well as the presence of carotenoid and hemoglobin pigments in it. However, the determining factors are still the quantity, quality and degree of distribution of melanin.

A lot of factors influence the processes of melanin synthesis and transport. One of them is the influence of melanocyte-stimulating hormones, which should be considered separately.

From a biochemical point of view, MSG – skin pigmentation enhancing factor. For example, in people with red hair, there is a violation of the structure of the MSH, so their skin is lighter.

Hyperpigmentation may be due to overproduction of melanin-stimulating hormones.
Hyperpigmentation may be due to overproduction of melanin-stimulating hormones, especially in endocrinopathies such as pituitary tumors and Cushing's syndrome. Therefore, the cosmetologist must always pay due attention to the patient's history.

MSH secretion also increases in stressful situations. One interesting study found that mice exposed to stress and ultraviolet light increased the intensity of skin pigmentation.

Thus, melanocyte-stimulating hormones may play a role in the development of melasma and other pigmentation disorders in patients exposed to stress factors.

What is the role of PRX-T33 therapy in the treatment of hyperpigmentation

It should be understood that PRX-T33-therapy (officially presented by

Ukrainian Aesthetics) – this is just the first step in the treatment of hyperpigmentation, this method cannot completely get rid of the problem in the long term.

In patients with hyperpigmentation, PRX-T33 can stimulate fibroblasts to produce new epidermal constituents. To help a patient with melasma,

needs a multi-phase influence, namely:

•    fibroblast stimulation;

•    inhibition of melanogenesis;

•    exfoliation of the cells of the upper layer of the epidermis, already subject to hyperpigmentation.

PRX-T33-therapy allows you to get healthy skin, namely:

•    closed pores;

•    smoothed wrinkles;

•    excellent hydration;

•    lifting effect.

However, hyperpigmented areas will only be slightly lightened, since it is impossible to influence all the factors involved in the pigmentation process with PRX-T33.

Delicate rejuvenation or what's new in the world of chemical peels

The epidermal form of melasma is easier to treat than the dermal form. This is due to the fact that in the first case, melanin is located in the superficial layers of the skin, where the PRX-T33 preparation more easily penetrates to the site of exposure. With the dermal form, everything is much more complicated – it is necessary to ensure penetration to the very basement membrane of the epidermis, to the fibroblast, and directly inhibit melanogenesis.

Due to the presence of 3% kojic acid in PRX-T33, the drug will only prevent the appearance of new age spots, but it is possible to qualitatively deal with hyperpigmentation of the skin that has already manifested only with the help of additional tools.

One of them is Reverse Peel multi-phase peeling from WiQomed – the main weapon in the fight against melasma, chloasma and melasma.

CannaBoost procedure – active skin regeneration without injections

Reverse Peel by WIQomed for the treatment of skin hyperpigmentation

The

Reverse Peel consists of three steps:

1.    PRX-T33-Therapy – fibroblast stimulation.

2.    Exposure to a high concentration of lactic acid.

3.    Surface exposure to alpha hydroxy acids.

Such a combination of different types of substances – the main key to solving the problem of hyperpigmentation and melasma. The effectiveness of the presented approach is due to the fact that each phase affects a certain level of the skin.

To support these results, the company has developed products for home care. These include a brightening serum that will protect the skin from long-term inflammation after peeling and continue to inhibit melanocyte activity at home.

Basic rules for preparing the skin for a medium peel

It is very important to use home care products and SPF. To do this, the line includes ICP Cream – it protects the skin from harmful UV rays, especially after aggressive treatments such as Reverse Peel.

The effectiveness of the presented approach is due to the fact that each phase affects a certain level of the skin.
Certainly, the Reverse Peel procedure can only be performed by an aesthetic doctor after training in how to work with the drug, since the treatment involves exposure of the skin to a very high concentration of lactic acid – 70%.

You can learn more about Reverse Peel at the next seminars of

Ukrainian Aesthetics. The product presentation will take place on September 4 at the PRX-T33 Boom conference.
