    У меня бабушка гипертоником была, у дядьки инсульт. Так, что наследственность "хорошая". И профилактика на первом месте, стараюсь везти здоровый образ жизни, никакого табака или алкоголя, ну разве, что на праздник немного. Ем рыбу, грейпфрут обожаю, капуста брокколи частый гость на моем столе. Готовлю только на пару или запекаю в духовке.

    Вот и у меня тоже наследственное, уже гипертония даёт о себе знать, я даже витамины покупаю для сердца, очень достойные на мой взгляд, укрепляют и сосуды и сердце, насыщают дополнительно калием и магнием, с боярышником брала. Ну, и за питанием слежу обязательно, кофе раньше пила часто очень, теперь сократила практически полностью, очень редко могу себя побаловать, и активный образ жизни, полезно для всего в целом.
