Summer is just around the corner and, despite the fact that usually everyone is looking forward to the onset of hot days, but having fully sated the first summer month, everyone abruptly changes their position and demands rain and wind. But unfortunately, it is not always possible to quit everything and give up for several weeks to escape from the unbearable heat to the mountains, to the sea or just to the village.
So, so that you don't get caught off guard by the heat and feel like a melted candle, check out the heat protection rules that will help you enjoy the summer sun to the fullest without encountering health problems.
How to cleanse your body
The main danger to our body is the so-called fine particles. Settling on the surface of the lungs, they poison the body. Most of the toxins accumulate in the liver and gastrointestinal tract, so now it is especially important to ensure good intestinal motility. To cleanse the body, eat rye and wheat bran, more salads from cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and herbs.
Also, to protect against heat, it is recommended to increase the level of hemoglobin and enrich the blood with oxygen. Fresh herbs and berries will help you with this. Cereals have the strongest absorbent effect. Brown rice and pearl barley will stimulate the elimination of poisons. In the current extreme heat, it is recommended to abandon animal products (primarily meat, milk, cheeses, eggs) and sweets. These products provoke the development of pathogenic microflora in the stomach and intestinal diseases.
How to enrich your daily diet
Seedlings
Sprouts will protect you from poisons that provoke cancer, heart attacks and strokes. In addition, they normalize the intestinal microflora and help the absorption of vitamins and minerals from food. Germs of barley, naked oats, rye and wheat make the intestines work like clockwork. Amaranth sprouts contain a lot of squalene — a powerful antioxidant that reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and window diseases. It is recommended to eat sprouts in the morning on an empty stomach. Simply mix one to two teaspoons with food or juice/tea. NB!
Contraindications are gastric and duodenal ulcers. People with gallstones should not take milk thistle sprouts.
Healthy smoothies
To quickly saturate the body with antioxidants, cheer up and revive a sluggish intestine, drink cocktails based on leafy greens, fruits and berries.
We recommend trying the following combinations to protect against the heat:
Water - as the main source of energy for the body
Our body is 70% water. It constantly moves between cells, delivering them nutrition and removing toxins and foreign substances. When water is scarce, this important process slows down. You can determine this by the color of your urine: if it is intense yellow, you are most likely drinking too little fluid. Another sign of mild dehydration — sharply increased appetite. When we overeat in the heat, We load the internal organs, which already work in emergency mode.
Before eating, take a few sips of water and wait half an hour, perhaps the feeling of hunger will recede. If not, eat a light meal like fruit jelly, salad, vegetable soup, or grilled fish. NB! If you have diarrhea, this is a warning sign of dehydration and you should definitely see a doctor.
