Particular attention should be paid to the liver, which is the first to take a hit in case of any malfunctions and malfunctions in the body. A clogged liver can lead to consequences such as the inability of the body to absorb nutrients along with food, frequent headaches, as well as problems with the urinary system. In addition, a malfunction in the liver affects the psyche of a person who is constantly in a bad mood. It is clear that under such circumstances, it is difficult to get out not only to perform the assigned tasks, Liver – a place where toxins accumulate, as well as other substances that can harm the entire body. In order to avoid liver diseases, it is worth regularly cleaning this organ. This can be done both with the help of  medical procedures, and at home.  One of the ways to cleanse the liver at home – using oats for this procedure. Oats are widely known in folk medicine due to their composition and beneficial properties. So, oat grain contains up to 60 percent starch, 5-8 percent fat and a large amount of proteins, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6, carotene, vitamin K. Oats have diuretic, choleretic, hematopoietic and enveloping properties. With the help of this cereal, a gentle cleansing of the liver occurs, this method is called one of the most gentle and harmless. Recipes for infusions for cleansing the liver at home

Method 1. Grind a handful of oat grains (unpeeled) in a coffee grinder to a powder. Pour one tablespoon of oatmeal powder with a liter of boiling water and let it brew for 12 hours in a dark and cool place. After this time, strain the infusion and remove the sediment from it. The resulting infusion should be taken three times a day before meals until it runs out.

Method 2. To prepare the infusion, you will need the same oats as in the previous case, that is, natural, unpeeled. Rinse the grains under running water and remove the husks, place in a large saucepan. Pour oats with three liters of boiling water, and then place the container in the oven, which should first be heated to 150-180 degrees. It will take two hours to simmer the grains. After that, strain the oats, removing the remaining grains, and let cool. The resulting liquid should be taken one glass twice a day half an hour before meals.

Method 3. Additional components for the preparation of this infusion – birch buds and lingonberry leaves. After washing 200 grams of oats with warm water, place it in a saucepan. Mix the grains with two tablespoons of birch buds and the same amount of lingonberry leaves. Then everything needs to be poured with cold water in the amount of two liters and let it brew for a day. Mix the filtered infusion with a decoction of rose hips. The finished mixture is bottled in dark bottles and stored in the refrigerator.  Infusion for liver cleansing with oats, preheated to room temperature, should be taken daily 30 minutes before meals in the amount of 150 grams. This cleansing course will take two weeks. 

Although oatmeal liver cleansing is mostly harmless, some people should still avoid it. It is not recommended to use infusions for those who suffer from heart disease, as well as diseases of the gallbladder. Also, in the case of the presence of increased acidity of the stomach and sensitivity to one of the presented components, this cleaning method should be abandoned.
