Биорепарация: методика омоложения деформационного типа старения кожи

Aging process  is different for people. So, there are 5 main types of skin aging. It is muscular, deformable, finely wrinkled,  tired and combined type of aging. For each of them, certain procedures, techniques and skin care products are shown. 65% of women age according to the deformation type, as a result of which the skin loses elasticity, the clarity of facial contours disappears, and excess fluid accumulates regularly in the tissues. In this case, the cosmetologist will first of all advise bioreparation procedure. Read more on estet-portal.com for more information about the bioreparation procedure.

What is bioreparation. Differences between bioreparation and biorevitalization

Bioreparation is a injection technique in cosmetology, which is used to rejuvenate by starting the skin's natural repair mechanisms. For bioreparation, various substances based on hyaluronic acid and   polynucleotides, or cocktails with them.

Unlike bioreparation, biorevitalization procedure uses fillers based on pure hyaluronic acid. The acid attracts water molecules to itself, which contributes to deep hydration of the skin. After biorevitalization, the acid stays in the skin for 2 to 5 days, after which the hyaluronic acid is destroyed by the enzyme hyaluronidase, which is synthesized in the body.

During bioreparation, polynucleotides are introduced that are able to stay in the skin for a longer time, triggering their own recovery and regeneration processes. Thus, the effect after bioreparation is not noticeable immediately, but only after 2-3 weeks, but it is more prolonged.

Bioreparation in cosmetology is used not only for the purpose of rejuvenation, but also for other purposes.

Efficiency of the bioreparation procedure:

  • skin rejuvenation;
  • Improve hair quality;
  • restoration of the growth of hair follicles against the background of alopecia;
  • it is recommended to perform bioreparation before traumatic procedures, as the procedure promotes skin healing (for example, before laser skin resurfacing).

Also, bioreparation is widely used in the complex therapy of stretch marks, scars and hyperpigmentations.

Why bioreparation is the best procedure for deformation-edematous type of aging

The deformation-edematous type of skin aging is characterized by disturbance of facial contours, the appearance of shaves, wrinkles on the neck, double chin. Often these patients have excess skin on the upper eyelid, and there are also bags under the eyes. Thick skin is susceptible to this type of aging, on which multiple fine wrinkles do not form.

Therefore, in case of deformative-edematous type of aging, facial bioreparation is the procedure of choice, which is able to improve the condition of the skin without weighing it down. Biorevitalization in such cases is not done, since the swelling will only increase, and the skin condition will worsen.

For deformation type of aging, in addition to bioreparation, it is recommended to take courses of mesotherapy, which can strengthen the ligamentous apparatus. It is also effective to conduct courses of massage and electrostimulation.

How does the biorepair procedure work? Contraindications to the procedure

The bioreparation procedure takes place in several stages. The skin is cleansed and a local anesthetic cream is applied. Next, the skin is treated with local antiseptic preparations. Then the actual injections are carried out. Drugs are administered micropapulally, in some cases a cannula is used, and injections are carried out retrograde.

The skin is then treated again with antiseptic agents, after which a finishing cream is applied. The bioreparation procedure is painless, except for more sensitive skin areas (upper lip and periorbital area). After the procedure, hematomas may form, which quickly disappear on their own.

Contraindications for bioreparation:

  • acute infectious process;
  • oncological process;
  • taking anticoagulants;
  • individual intolerance to the components of the administered drugs;
  • blood clotting disorders;
  • pregnancy, lactation.

It is important to inform the patient that a week before the bioreparation it is necessary to refrain from acid peelings and other traumatic procedures. Read also
