– starting position: lying on your back, legs raised and socks stretched, knees together. Bend your legs in turn, trying to touch your buttocks with your heels. Repeat for each leg 10 times. Then perform the magicians simultaneously with both legs, slightly tearing off the buttocks from the bed – do 20 times. 

Inner Thighs
– lying on your back, legs raised and crossed so that the right leg is on top. Try to twist your knees as if you are doing a plie, then return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times for each leg position – top right, then left.
