  2. Performs initial testing. At the introductory training, the coach will assess your physical fitness, conduct motor tests, ask about your sports experience.

  3. Teaches independence. Although it is unprofitable for the personal trainer, but a good coach should teach the client, and not lead the handle from projectile to projectile.

  4. Interested in your expectations. An experienced trainer knows that "I want to lose weight for" vacation "," I want to pump up my arms "; and "for health" — these are all different goals, which need to be followed in different ways.
