    Когда организм голодает - он в первую очередь будет черпать энергию из мышц! Из протеина. А уж потом из жира. Так что на "сушке" лучше сплошными белками питаться. Да и не только на сушке

    Профессор Юрий Николаев 50 лет лечил различные заболевания многодневным голоданием (до 30-40 дней) в СССР, об этом в статье ни слова. Видимо, Южная Калифорния нам ближе и понятней. :lol: <br />Рекомендую его книгу "Голодание ради здоровья", а также книги Галины Шаталовой, Поля Брэгга,и Арнольда Эрета. Всем здоровья!
