- 2 eggs

- 3 toasts

- half an avocado

- 20 g Philadelphia cheese

Add some salt and vinegar to boiling water. With a spoon, make several circular motions to form a funnel. Crack the eggs and pour them into the funnel one at a time. Boil 2 minutes.

Drizzle cooked eggs with cream sauce, serve with toast, avocado and Philadelphia cheese.

- 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal

- 3 tbsp. l. seeds (to your taste)

- 2 tbsp. l. nuts (whatever you want)

- 2 tbsp. l. dried berries 

- honey

- vegetable oil

- yogurt or milk

In a separate bowl, mix honey and vegetable oil to taste. You can also add some cinnamon. Pour the honey dressing over the dry mixture and mix well. The mixture should come together in lumps that need to be broken up. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, periodically removing from the oven and stirring so as not to burn.  Serve topped with yoghurt

or milk.

How to make banana pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 banana - 250 ml milk

- 2 tsp sugar

- 1 egg

- 180 gr flour

- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

- 1 tsp baking powder

- a pinch of salt

Beat the egg, sugar, salt, milk and vegetable oil with a mixer. Mash the banana with a fork or chop with a blender and add to the dough. Sift flour and baking powder into the resulting mixture. Mix all the ingredients to make a homogeneous mass. Pour a little dough into a preheated pan, fry for a minute, then turn and fry on the other side.

Serve with honey


and banana.

Homemade avocado and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients:

- half a fresh avocado - 2 kiwis

- half a teaspoon of lime juice

- honey

- vegetable milk

Avocado and kiwi peeled and chopped. Grind fruit in a blender bowl. Add honey to the fruit mixture and grind to get a homogeneous mass. Pour in vegetable milk to make a liquid of medium density and beat again.

Serve the smoothie in batches.
