Convince yourself
In order to love yourself, you need to be sure of what you say to yourself. This is the essence of the second exercise. Each of your days should begin with the approval of your own well-being.
To do this, you just need to loudly and clearly speak affirmative words and phrases about your satisfaction with life and with yourself. At first it will be difficult and even funny. But if you overpower yourself, then the statements will become reality, and you will see it.
Admiring our reflection
The main objective of self-esteem training is to love and respect yourself. A woman should love the way she looks. And look so that you can love yourself.
Stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself. Have you seen everything that you do not like? Now look for all your pluses. Take a good look at yourself and say, "I respect, love, and appreciate myself." This may sound insecure at first. But if you repeat this phrase in front of a mirror at least once a day, then you yourself will believe it.
To make things easier, list out loud all your good points. And both external and mental. Talk about what you do best and what you are proud of.

This is another self-esteem training technique. Get a notebook that will become your self-love diary. At least once a week, write down phrases according to the template below and try not to repeat yourself. It is best to divide the page into two blocks and write them side by side.
