B. S.: The next step is to apply the hair mask. It moisturizes and nourishes the hair, giving it elasticity. The mask is applied to the lengths and tips, aged minimum 15 min.
If you wash off the mask earlier, the cumulative effect will not occur, the mask will not fully work: it will not penetrate deep into the hair and will not nourish.
It is better to apply the mask once a week, for dry hair – more often.
After the mask has been washed off, conditioner is applied to the lengths and tips. It closes the cuticle of the hair: narrows and closes the scales. Leave conditioner on hair for up to 5 minutes.

B. S.: In most cases, shampoo base, what washes away dirt well from hair – these are sulphates. However, there are now many sulfate-free, organic shampoos that are just as good. The shampoo is applied zonally on the roots of the hair and acts on the internal structure, so it must be selected wisely. There are shampoos that stabilize pH – acid-base balance.
If it is violated, the hair can be destroyed. It is worth paying attention to the pH of the product: not higher than 6.
Care products with a pH level of 3.5 – 5.5 are considered good for hair.
Neutral for hair and scalp is level pH 4.5 – 5.5.
