Today, heart disease – this is a real scourge not only for the elderly: unfortunately, such ailments are increasingly affecting the younger generation as well. Experts who study such diseases, in turn, argue: in addition to therapy, one should not forget about preventive measures. And in this case they can be very useful and effective. So, along with the same gymnastics and diagnostic measures, you can and should also put a special diet that excludes those foods that are especially harmful to the heart.
Poison heart: what dangerous products for the heart should be removed from the menu
Despite the fact that the content of our menu seriously affects the cardiovascular system, most of us are still very dismissive of its composition.
However, studies have established a direct relationship between unhealthy diets and heart disease. Therefore, it is important to know what to avoid in the diet in order to maintain a healthy heart.
Purchased meat products, smoked sausages
Various pâtés, bacon, sausages, though tasty, however, are dangerous because they are very fatty. In addition, the composition of such products is not always known exactly. The harm of smoked meats is due to the presence of preservatives and carcinogens in the products. Smoked food affects the increase in blood pressure and provokes formation of blood clots. Our heart is systematically killed by the harmful fats present in such food (and in a considerable amount). When we use these products, the kidneys, liver, and endocrine system also suffer.
Alcohol
Alcohol has a destructive effect on the whole organism, but especially – on the heart and blood vessels. In combination with fatty foods or drugs, alcohol can even act as a catalyst, and it is also possible to change the effect on the body. For example, in a combination of alcohol with taking medications, the action of which is aimed at normalizing the work of blood vessels, a collapse is possible. And fatty foods and alcohol lead to destructive processes in the kidneys and liver. In addition, alcohol thickens the blood. The heart has to work in a more intensive mode in order to pump it, and this, in turn, leads to the rapid wear of our main organ.
But not all alcohol has a negative effect on blood vessels and the heart. It is permissible to drink a little cognac or dry wine: the harm from drinking these drinks in this case is offset by the benefits for hematopoiesis.
Fatty food
Of course, fats are important for the full functioning of the body, but not all of them are useful. In particular, it is absolutely unacceptable to consume large amounts of food containing saturated fats: they are deposited on the walls of blood vessels, which is fraught with the development of atherosclerosis and other, even more dangerous diseases. Such fats contain pork, lamb (the matter is even more aggravated if this meat is cooked in a large amount of oil), rich meat broths. To reduce the load on the heart, it is worth choosing meat with a low percentage of fat and a lot of protein: white chicken (without skin), rabbit, veal is also suitable. Yes, and it is better to cook such meat for a couple.

Man himself is often responsible for the development of most diseases. Therefore, watch your own diet, eat right every day, and not just during the period of treatment or prevention, lead an active lifestyle and be healthy.
