She suffers least of all during a flight lasting up to 1.5 hours. A flight lasting about 3 hours causes dry skin of the face, bruises under the eyes, and dries out the nasal mucosa. Flights lasting more than 3 hours also often lead to a sore throat and dry cough. Dermatologist Elena Stoyanova has prepared tips to help women traveling to mitigate the effects of air travel.

1. Before leaving for the airport, it is good to apply a nourishing cream on the skin of the face. It  creates a protective film and prevents the skin from quickly losing moisture. 

2. Take 1 aspirin 30 minutes before leaving for the airport before a long flight.

3. Use moisturizers while flying. But remember that your hands are not always clean, so it is better to give preference to a spray or thermal water.

4. During the flight, it is recommended to refrain from drinking alcohol. The permissible norm, which will not provoke swelling, is 100 ml of white wine diluted 1: 1 with mineral water.

5. To improve blood circulation, try to move more, do a warm-up for the body. 

6. If swelling has formed under the eyes after the flight, use a cream roller or special patches to care for the skin around the eyes to eliminate them.

7. At the end of the flight, it is recommended to have a lymphatic drainage massage, which should be reserved in advance at the place of arrival for convenience.
