Blind tubage: gentle cleansing of the gallbladder and liver

You can gently cleanse the gallbladder and liver with the help of tubage. This treatment procedure favors the improvement of the liver and is an effective prevention of cholelithiasis.

Tubage is carried out due to the simultaneous intake of choleretic drugs and heating of the liver. As a result, the gallbladder is freed from stagnant bile, and warming relieves possible spasms of the sphincters of the bile duct. The cleansing of the biliary tract occurs due to the relaxation of their muscles.

Blind tubage is indicated in the presence of excess weight

Blind tubage improves intestinal motility, normalizes digestion, relieves constipation and generally contributes to weight loss.

Often this procedure cannot be done. One or two per year is allowed, after prior consultation with the doctor.

Rules for conducting blind tubage

  1. The procedure should be done at six or seven in the morning, when the gallbladder is ready for procedural exposure.

  2. Prepare 1 liter of slightly or slightly carbonated mineral water.
    Mineral water contributes to:
  • liquefaction of bile;
  • improvement of motility of the gallbladder and bile duct;
  • intensive bowel movements.
  1. Release the gas from the water and heat it to a temperature of 45 - 55 ° C.
    Take two no-shpy tablets with water. This will relax the bile duct sphincters.

  2. After 30 minutes, quickly drink a solution of magnesium sulfate (25%) diluted in a small amount of water. It will have a choleretic and laxative effect.

  3. Lie in bed on your right side. Put a hot heating pad in the area of the right hypochondrium. Cover yourself with a blanket.

  4. Drink prepared water according to the following scheme.
  • Take two or three small sips. Lie down 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Take two or three more small sips. Lie down again for 3-5 minutes.

So drink all the water , leaving the heating pad at the hypochondrium for 35-40 minutes.

The whole procedure will take 1.5 hours.

After the tubage, it is recommended to drink plenty of water. Food should be light, not irritating the intestinal mucosa - vegetable soups, steamed vegetables, cereals.

If stool does not appear after tubage, then the condition of the biliary tract and liver leaves much to be desired. And the procedure must be repeated after two or three days.
