    это офигенная статья, правда!! столько новой для меня информации! спасибо!!! я не думала, что мои походы в тренажерный зал могут мне еще и с перистальтикой помочь!! а то у меня вечная проблема - круглый живот и в туалет не ходила 3 дня. обычно проблему решаю с помощью слабительного, на второй день использую свечку с каштаном. теперь попробую разнообразить тренировки тем, что вы описали))
