Try to find peace of mind – read nice books, do yoga, spend time with good people, dance, laugh, relax. This will help take your mind off the constant worries and reduce the amount of sweets you consume.

Type #3. Gluten obesity

This type of obesity manifests itself in the form of fat deposits in the thighs and occurs due to hormonal imbalance or menopause.

What to do?

Quit smoking and drinking alcohol, try to spend less time sitting and move more.

Type #4. Cause of obesity – atherogenic metabolic imbalance

Often, in people with this type of obesity, the accumulation of fat occurs in the abdominal cavity, which leads to breathing problems.

What to do?

Stop drinking alcohol, exercise in the morning, and go to the gym a couple of times a week. It is also worth changing the diet – ideally, the diet should be dominated by food of plant origin.

Type #6. Cause of obesity – idle

This type of obesity is often encountered by people who previously led a fairly active lifestyle, for example, went in for sports or physical labor. After they give up classes and lead a sedentary lifestyle, their stomach begins to grow rapidly.

Avoid long periods of fasting, eat small meals often. Load up on fresh vegetables and fruits and be careful with pasta and buns. and get some exercise!
