She practiced regular yoga all her life, but after the accident, she had to deal with rapid aging due to the stress she experienced. Then Fumiko came up with the idea of ​​​​using ordinary asanas from yoga for the face. After adapting the exercises, she noticed how her appearance was gradually changing. All the unpleasant consequences of the accident disappeared, wrinkles were noticeably smoothed out and skin tone improved.

1. Exercise for sagging eyelids

Raise your shoulders up, tense up and relax. Raise one arm at a 45 degree angle. Don't forget to breathe deeply. Place your other hand behind your head. Place your ring finger on the eyebrow and pull it a little up, the middle one presses the temple. Now tilt your head to shoulder.

The second step of the exercise — it is breathing with the tongue hanging out. Tilt your head to  shoulder, inhale and exhale through your mouth, sticking out your tongue as far as possible. Relax and do the same with the other hand.

2. Exercise from  sagging corners of the lips

Fold your hands in front of you, pressing your palms against each other. Raise your shoulders, tense up and relax. Now smile broadly and sincerely at your reflection in the mirror. Your lip corners should be on the same level. Hold the pose for five seconds.

3. Exercise from nasolabial folds and for lip volume

Hold your hands in the same way as in the previous exercise. Take a pencil or pen into your mouth and pull your lips in you. Hold this position for five seconds.

4. Exercise from the second chin

Place two fingers together and press them to lips. Now inspire and puff out your cheeks. Lift your chin up and hold the pose for five seconds.

5. Anti-wrinkle exercise on forehead

Close your palms into fists. Place them on the forehead, so that the knuckles of middle    of the forehead. Press down on the skin and swipe the knuckles from the center to the temples. Repeat 5-10 times.

6. Full face toning exercise

Straighten your back, inhale and exhale. Now stretch your lips with a tube and tilt your head back a little. Return your head to its original position and blow a kiss. Repeat 5  times.
