Grapefruit fresh with spices
Ingredients:
1 glass of water, 2 grapefruits, 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper, 1 cinnamon stick, cloves, honey (to taste).
- Pour the squeezed grapefruit juice into a saucepan, mix with water and add all the other ingredients. Then place the pot over medium heat.
- The mixture should come to a boil, but be sure to stir occasionally. Then remove the dishes with the broth from the stove, strain it. Now the drink can be poured into cups and served. Honey reveals the taste of fresh in a special way, if it is added to the drink not during the brewing process (as is customary), but in the already prepared one.

Ingredients:
4 glasses of water, half glass of honey, 1 bay leaf, 0.5 tsp. ground ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, cloves (to taste).
- Pour water into a saucepan, add spices. Mix everything.
- Put the container on the fire, let the mixture boil, then boil for about 10 minutes. When doing this, do not forget to remove the resulting foam.
- Strain the prepared drink and immediately add honey to it. Mix well – you can apply.
Spanish hot chocolate
Ingredients:
Half glass of water, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup strong coffee, 1 ¼ cup milk, 70 g dark chocolate, 1/4 cup brown sugar, orange peel (strips).
- Chop the chocolate. Place it in a small saucepan and add water. Heat the contents of the pan until the chocolate melts.
- Then pour cocoa, coffee, orange zest and sugar into the container. Heat the mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes. – it shouldn't boil. Remember to keep stirring the contents of the pot.
- Pour the prepared drink into cups, after removing the strips of zest. You can decorate it with confectionery sauce.
Glögg
Ingredients: 1 cup each of water and grape juice, a small handful of almonds (crushed), 0.5 cups of berry and apple juice, 1 clove bud, 0.5 tbsp. l. raisins and honey, 0.5 lemon, ¼ tsp ground ginger, cinnamon stick, nutmeg (to taste).
- Pour water into a saucepan, add spices, grated lemon zest, raisins, almonds, mix everything and let the mixture boil. Then remove the pan from the heat and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
- Then take out all the spices, mix the broth with juices, put on fire and heat without boiling.
- Pour the finished drink into glasses, after putting a slice of lemon, raisins and a cinnamon stick in them.
