Get into a supine position. Bend your knees, place your heels hip-width apart as close to your buttocks as possible. Raise the pelvis to the maximum distance from the floor up. Bending in lotus position

Sit on the floor. Sit on a pillow for comfort. Then cross your legs in front of you with your knees as wide as possible. Keep your buttocks off the floor and keep your shoulders still. Count to 15, return to the starting position and repeat the exercise on the opposite side.
