    Первое что вам нужно, это понять и определиться, зачем и для чего вам становиться лучше. Представьте мысленно, что измениться в вашей жизни, когда вы сможете стать лучше. Это поможет вам мотивировать себя и достичь вашей цели. Поэтому уделите 2 дня как минимум на то, что бы конкретно понять и определиться, что вы хотите достичь от жизни и зачем вам нужно стать лучше.
