  • Boredom during the day. If you know that nothing interesting awaits you today, you don don't even want to wake up. This is a psychological factor.

  • Stimulants. A cup of coffee or a sip of an energy drink will cheer you up if you need to finish work in the evening, but then deprive you of energy. Stimulants deplete the body's reserves, have a bad effect on the cardiovascular system. For  a short burst of activity, you have to pay with fatigue.

  • Chronic stress. If you are constantly tense, anxious, and can not completely relax, energy is beyond your dreams. The body constantly produces increased doses of adrenaline and cortisol, which must constantly be kept in good shape, but, like stimulants, at the expense of its own resources. Nervous exhaustion robs you of energy.

6 ways to get your energy back and active

  1. Regularize your routine. Go to bed and wake up at the same time time every day. Don't  take "liberties" with yourself until you have developed a habit. Before going to bed, do not watch TV, do not turn on the computer. Do something calm and relaxing.

  2. Be active. Even if you don't have time, find half an hour a day for walking in fresh air, even better — jogging. Join a gym and don't miss your workouts.

  3. Get plenty of natural light. You need to get enough sunlight. In order to "recharge batteries" qualitatively, try to walk during daylight hours.

  4. Learn to relax. Stress provokes many diseases, including the heart and blood vessels. Look for ways to relax. It can be physical exercises, hobbies, meditations, affirmations, art therapy, reading, yoga — anything to relieve the tension.

  5. Give up  stimulants in in the afternoon.Many people need morning coffee, because without it it is difficult to force themselves to gather strength, and after 16.00 it is better not to drink it. Energy drinks should be completely abandoned.
