•750 ml dry red wine
•1/2 glass of water
•4 tbsp. l. honey
•2 cinnamon sticks
•1 tsp. ground allspice (or 6 peas)

x16 cloves
x1 orange, cut into 8 large wedges
x1 green apple, sliced
How to cook:
Pour water into a large saucepan and set to bask over medium heat. Add honey, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, allspice and coriander. Until the honey dissolves, stir the broth. Insert clove buds into the peel of each orange slice, then add these ingredients to the general composition. Pour in the wine and simmer for about 45 minutes, bringing to a boil but not boiling. When ready, take the prettiest mugs and pour the drink.
Autumn drinks: sea buckthorn infusion with honey
Autumn drinks with sea buckthorn not only have a warming effect, but also fill you with a huge amount of vitamins and nutrients.
What you need:
• sea buckthorn berries 150 g
•water 0.6 l
• honey to taste
How to cook:
Rinse the berries and divide into two even parts. Make a puree with one of the parts and add the rest of the berries. Pour the whole mass with boiling water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. To add sweetness, put honey to taste. Drink ready!
Homemade cocoa with chocolate and condensed milk
No other autumn drink evokes such a cozy evening mood as warm cocoa.
What you need:
• milk – 500 ml
•cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
•dark chocolate – 20 g
•condensed milk – to taste
•chocolate chips or cinnamon
