  • Skin sensitivity. People with  irritated skin prone to irritations should avoid lemon oil.
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also avoid eating lemons, and essential oil aromatherapy can be beneficial. In 2014, studies were conducted, the results of which prove that after inhaling the smell of lemon oil in pregnant women, nausea disappeared or decreased.
