For a more refined taste, a more complex recipe for sour cream and soy sauce is also suitable:

    200 g sour cream;
  • 1 st. a spoonful of soy sauce;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • a couple of drops of balsamic vinegar;
  • dill optional.
  • Chop the herbs and  garlic, beat all the ingredients with a blender.

Curd Sauce

Delicate sauce based on cottage cheese and milk is suitable for casseroles and potato dishes.

    1 glass of milk;
  • 100 g cottage cheese;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mustard;
  • salt, sugar, black pepper & cumin —  to your taste.
  • Mix the curd well with milk, add mustard and spices.

Olive dressing

Composition:

    2 st. spoons of olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard;
  • 0.5 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice;
  • sugar, salt to to taste.

Natural yogurt sauce

Such a sauce can be served with fried mushrooms and meat.

The composition includes:

    250 g natural yoghurt;
  • 10 green olives;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, green onion.
  • Pour boiling water over the tomato and remove the skin from it, finely chop all the ingredients and whip until smooth consistency using using a blender.

Tartar Sauce

Ideal for fish, meat dishes and seafood. To cook, you will need:

    2 boiled yolks;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • 120 ml olive oil;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 5 olives;
  • salt, pepper to taste.
  • First, mash the egg yolks with a fork, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Beat with a blender and add olive oil in a thin stream. Whisk until sauce thickens. Add chopped olives, cucumber and garlic.

Flaxseed Dressing

Universal dressing for any dish.

    2 st. spoons of flax seeds;
  • 2 st. spoons of lemon juice;
  • salt, pepper.
  • Rinse the flax seeds well and soak for an hour. Then drain the water, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix the ingredients with a blender.

Sometimes, baking recipes call for mayonnaise. It can be replaced with a very simple dressing of lemon and sunflower oil (equivalent to 100 g of mayonnaise).

    1 h a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • 70 ml sunflower oil.
  • Mix juice and sunflower oil, add to dough according to recipe.

Kefir sauces

Vegetable and meat salads can be dressed with salted kefir or prepare kefir-curd dressing:

    3 st. spoons of cottage cheese;
  • 5 st. spoons of yogurt;
  • 0.5 tsp mustard;
  • 3 boiled yolks;
  • a few drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients with using a blender.

Cheese Sauce

The cheese and cream based sauce will be a great addition to chicken and mushrooms.

    200 g hard cheese;
  • 200 g cream;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg.
  • Grate cheese on a fine grater, garlic — chop finely. Place the saucepan with the cream over low heat, heat it up, and then add the cheese. Heat the cream cheese mixture for about 2-3 minutes, salt, pepper and season with nutmeg and grated garlic.

Curry Sauce

This sauce goes well with poultry dishes and vegetable side dishes. The composition includes:

    1 glass of thick natural yoghurt;
  • 1 h a spoonful of curry seasoning ;
  • 1 sweet and sour apple.
