The adrenal glands are responsible in our body for adapting to stress. Last – an integral companion of every person, because stressful situations arise quite often. Adrenal exhaustion leads to the fact that our body can not adequately respond to stress. And this affects the state of health and the psyche. Especially attentive to the adrenal glands should be women taking oral contraceptives. They directly affect the work of these paired glands.

Association of the adrenal glands with the use of oral contraceptives

The proper functioning of the adrenal glands determines how adequately our body will respond to stress. When it occurs, the glands release the appropriate hormones into the blood, which help us to mobilize forces. Roughly speaking, the body is preparing to "fight", to resist. A person feels a surge of strength and energy necessary to quickly solve the problem.
