4. Facelift – clench your hands into fists, put your thumbs behind your ear and begin to pull your face up to your ears from your chin. There should be 30 such movements.

5. Forehead massage – Place one hand on your forehead, the other on top. In this position, start rubbing your forehead, moving from temple to temple. In 30 seconds, you need to have time to make 30 movements.

6. Top massage – without touching the parietal region, we fold our hands into a ring and begin to move a few centimeters from the forehead. So you need to repeat 30 times.

7. Thyroid massage – put one hand on the thyroid gland, the second – above. Start moving the top from the thyroid gland to the navel and back. Repeat 30 times.

8. Belly massage – hands are folded in the same way as in the previous exercise. With them, start massaging the stomach in a circle.

9. Shaking – lift your arms and legs up and begin to rotate them at the wrists and ankles.

10. Rubbing – rub your feet with your hands until they become hot.
