- 5-6 teaspoons low calorie cherry jam

Cooking:

Cottage cheese
Wipe through a sieve.

2. Separate the yolk from the protein and add it to the curd. 3. Semolina, vanilla sugar, yogurt and a pinch of baking powder

4. Beat the egg white and add to the cottage cheese, stirring. 5. Lubricate the molds with butter and put the resulting mass into them.

6. Make a small indentation in the center of the curd soufflé and place the cherry confiture in it.

What you need:

- 400 milliliters of natural yoghurt - 100 grams of strawberries

- 150 grams of raspberries

- 1

- 150 grams of blueberries - honey

4. Keep the cake in the refrigerator for several hours.

5. Drizzle with chalk before serving and garnish with berries (optional).

What you need for the base of the cake:

- 2 egg yolks - 20 grams of low-fat cottage cheese (baby cottage cheese is best)

- 10 grams of coconut oil

- 80 grams of coconut flour or rice flour with coconut flakes

- natural sweetener

1. Mix all the ingredients and send to the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, remove the dough and place it on the bottom of the cake pan.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

What you need for the curd layer:

- 2 egg whites

- 450 grams low-fat cottage cheese - 30 grams of coconut flour or 20 grams of starch mixed with coconut flakes

- natural sweetener

1. Mix all the ingredients and grind with a blender. 2. Pour the resulting mixture onto the baked cake base.

3. Cover the dessert with foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.

4. After the cake is baked, it should be cooled. And then drizzle with a glaze of melted chocolate with milk and sprinkle with

coconut flakes.

 

Sweet Recipe #5: Oatmeal Baskets with Ricotta and Berries

What you need for baskets: 

- 140 grams of oatmeal - 3 tablespoons of peanuts

- 1 egg yolk

- 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

- 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder

- sweetener

1. Grind the oatmeal with peanuts in a blender until a flour is obtained.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the resulting flour and mix.

3. Put the dough into the molds, forming baskets.

4 .Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.


What you need for the filling:

- 1 egg white
- 230 grams of ricotta cheese

- sweetener


Cooking:

1. Mix all the ingredients and place in the baked baskets.
2. Put the dessert in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

3. Ready dessert can be decorated with berries and served.
