    Классная статья, очень бы хотелось так разнообразить свои трудовые будни. Насчет питания - полностью согласна, шоколадкам - бой, надо переходить на продукты, богатые триптофаном, помогает справиться с серостью будней. Настроение и правда повышается, не зря все-таки пол-Америки сидит на этом триптофане, как на легком антидепрессанте.
